Weddings Rates
Guests that have booked a weeklong stay and would like to have small wedding reception on the premises will not be charged for use of the villa if all the bedrooms have been ordered and all guests in attendence are shown on the signed rental agreement guest list. Beyond the guests shown on the rental agreement we charge an additional fee. A separate Use of Grounds Agreeement is required along with Event and Damage insurance. See Fee Schedule shown below:
