"Breakers Villa" is located in Judith's Fancy a gated community on the north shore in St. Croix. From the cantilevered pool deck you have far reaching views of the Caribbean Sea. The trade winds blow in off the sea providing a natural cooling effect; you can taste the salt spray as you wet your lips letting the tropical sun warm your body and your soul. "The Breakers" is nestled next to the sea with direct access to a semi-private beach on 1.5 acres and has 250 feet of Oceanfront. The beach is only a few steps down from the pool deck..... less than 100 yards away.

** Disclaimer: This villa is 100 yards from the ocean guests should expect to see some level of rust from constant salt spray and high humidity. This is a beach house not a an upper end luxury home and therefore may not be suitable to guests that are use to 5 star hotels or resort style accommodations.

The Breakers is located in the exclusive, gated community of Judith’s Fancy on the north shore of the island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Every room of The Breakers provides panoramic sea views of the Caribbean and nearby Buck Island Reef National Monument where clear waters, spectacular coral formations and abundant marine life make this popular location a top destination for SCUBA divers and snorkel enthusiasts.

The uniquely-located ocean-side swimming pool sits on a secluded patio where the trade winds cool you and bring a touch of salt spray to your lips as you enjoy the warm sun. The rhythmic pulse of the waves re-enforces the peace and solitude provided by this very private villa.

The open floor plan of the Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen, provide a place to gather as well as separation-- should you care for it--between the large Master Suite and the two guest rooms.

Besides the private pool deck, there is also an enclosed patio which opens off of the Great Room, affording guests yet another gathering location for cards or to barbecue dinner.

The Master Suite has an extra large bathroom containing a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and private door to the pool.

One guest room includes a Queen sized bed and the other includes a King sized bed complete with lush pillow top mattress—a second Master Suite if you desire—with a large shared bathroom between them. All bedrooms have their own entry.
